Do the apartments have air conditioning?

The apartments do not have air conditioning, however, there are ceiling fans.

Is there WIFI?

Payable at reception, prices depend on number of days and devices.

Are there hairdryers in the apartments?

Hairdryers can be hired via reception.

How often are the apartments cleaned?

Towels and sheets are changed on the 3rd or 4th day after arrival. Then 4 days later, clean towels, and then 4 days later, towels and sheets.

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated from October to April.

Do you provide pool/beach towels?

Pool/beach towels are not provided.

What are check in and check out times?

Check in is at 2pm and check out at 10 am. A luggage room is available for clients use.

Are there double beds in the studios?

The 2 bed apartments have double beds. Studios and 1 bed apartments have 2 single beds.

Do the apartments have ovens?

1 and 2 bed apartments have full kitchens including ovens, studios have a 2 ring job to prepare your meals.

Do the apartments have a washing machine?

There is a self-service laundry available on the 2nd floor for clients use. Washing machines are not provided.

How far is Castle Harbour from the beach?

Castle Harbour is approx. 15 min walk to the nearest beach in Los Cristianos.

How long is the journey from the airport to Castle Harbour and how much does it cost?

The journey to Castle Harbour from the South airport is approx. 15-20 mins and costs around 25 euros in a taxi.

Do the apartments have irons?

Yes, all apartments have an iron and ironing board.

Is there a safe in the apartments?

Safes are available to rent via reception. Prices to be confirmed on arrival.

I am arriving late, will reception be open?

Yes, reception is open 24 hrs.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Yes, there are several supermarkets within walking distance.
